No, we're a walk-in service — no appointment needed. Just pop in to either studio and one of our team will get you set up.

No membership required. You can pay as you go at 70p per minute, or buy a course of minutes at a discounted rate — whichever suits how often you tan.

Yes. Under the Sunbeds (Regulation) Act 2010, it is illegal for anyone under 18 to use or be offered the use of a sunbed. We may ask for valid ID to confirm your age.

While we do allow children in our reception area, this is only if they are deemed able to care for themselves. Please note we do not accept any responsibility for any children left in the reception area. Under no circumstances can a child under the age of 18 accompany you into the individual tanning cubicles.

Just yourself — we provide protective eyewear free of charge with every session, along with a fresh towel, body wipes and a headband.

All full priced courses are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on a deal or offer.

Yes, your minutes can be used at both our Hednesford and Rugeley studios. Prices can vary slightly between studios, so please check with your studio if you're unsure.

Unused minutes are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in specific circumstances such as a medical reason with a valid certificate. See our Terms & Conditions for full details.

We can freeze your account for up to 12 months if you become pregnant, or if you have a medical condition where UV equipment is advised against — proof may be required.

Every sunbed is sanitised after every single use, without exception. We supply cleaning products in every UV room too, so you're welcome to give it another wipe yourself if you'd like.

The 0.3 process is a slower, more gentle way to tan. The tanning result is deeper, darker and lasts. 0.3 compliant lamps emit a lower amount of UV per square metre than standard lamps (erythemally weighted) and this dramatically reduces the risk of over-exposure.

Yes, sessions must not exceed the maximum recommended frequency of 24 hours apart, and our tanning consultants will advise on safe exposure times for your skin type.

You must tell our tanning consultant about any medical conditions, skin conditions, medications or recent treatments before your session, so we can make sure sunbed use is safe for you.

While there is no research to indicate UV light would have a negative effect on an unborn baby, our policy is to prohibit the use of UV tanning equipment during pregnancy. We are always happy to place an active tanning package "on hold" for the duration of a pregnancy, or transfer credit to a friend or family member. Packages are reactivated for the amount of time remaining on the package at the time of placing it "on hold".
